Overview

When you launch Miroslav Philharmonik2 via Remote Desktop, it crashes. Therefore, a workaround is to start it directly on the host machine first, and after it becomes stable, access it remotely. With this method, it can still be used. When doing actual work, you can simply operate it that way. It’s inconvenient, but if you insist on working remotely, this is a viable strategy. If the PC being controlled remotely has higher processing power, it may simply be unavoidable. Also, if you try to use Miroslav Philharmonik2 as a VST plug-in from a DAW, the entire DAW crashes as well.

Why does it crash, though? Does it dislike being used remotely? Maybe when I have some free time I’ll try asking IK’s support directly. I should probably check all the applications included with TOTALMAX first. Sorry in advance to the support staff who might have to deal with me. But hey, it’s for the good of the world. I’d like to think I’m doing something good… or maybe it’s just a bit of mischief.
